Owners' Closets: Certain closets are reserved for cleaning staff and are not accessible to guests. Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for use. Pool/Spa Cleanings and Lawn Maintenance: Weekly Maintenance-Usually Tuesday and Friday. The spa, also known as the hot tub, is located in the southwest corner of the yard. The temperature can be adjusted near the steps. Simply move the small step aside, open the receptacle cover, and adjust the temperature as needed. A hose is located near the hot tub. If the water level falls below skimmer, please refill. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am, While the property is centrally located, please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, to respect neighboring homes. Late-Night Communication: We’re always available to assist, but response times may be slower after 8 PM, as there’s no staffed front desk. Discount Perks: Mention “Beach for the Stars” to receive 10% off rentals at A1A Beach Rentals, including bikes, surfboards, golf carts, and local tours. Parking - Room for 4 midsized vehicles. No street parking or over any sidewalk. The hot tub temperature controls are located at shin level, behind the staircase on the front exterior of the hot tub. Our pool isn’t heated, but with plenty of sunshine throughout the day, the water stays nice and refreshing! If you’re looking for something warmer, we do have a heated hot tub for you to enjoy.
