Terese has a beautiful home and is only a few minutes walk to the beach ! We loved watching movies, playing board games and loved the decor around the house ! There is restaurants and dessert places only a few minutes away! I would highly recommend Terese’s home to anyone who would want to stay in cocoa beach ! I will definitely be back!

It’s a large place for a family of 4 but quiet, extremely clean and well kept. The pool and spa are as described warm and easy to use. The mini golf in the backyard was awesome as my 4yr old really got to enjoy that. The place is a stone throw from the beach and close to stores, restaurants and activities. This place was worth the money we spent and the host is a very friendly person and she even allowed to check-out 1 hr later as we are from the West Coast and it takes more than a week for 4 years olds to get used to time change. Will absolutely stay there again😊.

Our family really enjoyed our short stay in the Rocket house. My daughter claimed the “rocket room” for herself! This property has a peaceful atmosphere and a great place to relax - hot tub plus! We had a small issue with the front door lock however Terese ensured it was addressed promptly. 💕 We would stay at the location again. 🌴

This house was perfect. Well decorated. Fully stocked w everything you could need. Comfortable furniture, you aren’t sitting on a hotel ikea couch. The yard is a great quiet oasis.

The backyard was perfect. Just as it looks. And having four bathrooms was so nice. The house is well equipped with beach toys and chairs and coolers. Location is a block from the beach. Publix is two blocks away. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking.

Terese’s place was amazing!! It was just as described and had so many little thoughtful extras throughout. Very short walk to the beach and was able to use the beach towels and chairs provided. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was awesome. It was clean, comfortable, and very homey. Everything was well appointed and there were plenty of things to do around the house. The backyard was beautiful and well maintained, and the hot tub area was great as well. Overall, it was a great stay at a great place. I would definitely recommend it.

We stayed for a week during the end of February and were thrilled we selected this house! Our original plan was for a quick trip but a blizzard in New England forced us to change our plans. Terese was so easy and accommodating when we had to extend our stay by 3 nights and the house was the perfect place to spend extra time. We went in the pool and hot tub every day, fished off the dock, kayaked in the canal (and saw dolphins), and watched multiple rocket launches from the beach. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfy. My husband and I both had to take work meetings and the internet / small office set up worked great. We especially enjoyed the 4th Street Filling Station restaurant and walking down the road to the Maritime Hammock preserve.
