LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY CHECKIN Late checkout =$50 (only with permission from hosts first) Extended amount of time will be determined at time of request depending on cleaning schedule. Late checkout without permission will result in additional cleaning rescheduling fee. Heated Pool Expectations: 1. Pool Temperatures- Heated Pool: The pool is typically heated to a comfortable temperature between 80°F and 85°F. Please note that the pool requires up to 6 hours to reach the set temperature once heating is activated and is only capable of heating the water 15 degrees above ambient temperature. 2. Heating Schedule and Operation Pool Heating: The pool heating schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 3. Maintenance and Safety Notes No Covers: For child safety purposes, the pool and spa do not have covers. Please note this may reduce heating efficiency. Maintenance: Pool maintenance is typically performed on Mondays. During this time, heating may be temporarily interrupted. 4. Access Controls: Controls are locked and located at the heater unit and set at 83 degrees. 5. Additional Notes Seasonal Heating: During colder months, heating may take additional time to warm the water.
