Beach Days & Local Adventures We’ve equipped you with everything you need for a perfect beach day, including chairs, an umbrella, towels, and boogie boards. Prefer exploring? Hop on our his-and-hers bikes and take a scenic 2.5-mile ride to downtown Cocoa Beach, where you’ll find vibrant nightlife, dining options, and entertainment. For a closer bite, fine dining is just at the end of the street, or walk south to enjoy Tex-Mex favorites at Taco City. Comfort & Convenience Back at Couples Retreat, our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and oven, makes dining in a breeze. Stream your favorite shows on the 50" Roku smart TV or enjoy a cozy movie night with the Firestick. Relaxation & Rest When it’s time to retire, your private king suite awaits upstairs, featuring a sliding door and a 12-inch memory foam mattress for the ultimate comfort. Hosting guests? The queen-size IKEA memory foam sleeper sofa downstairs ensures everyone enjoys a restful night. Perfect for couples or a small group of up to four, Couples Retreat promises a relaxing escape with a touch of Cocoa Beach magic.

Bikes are available to rent for $40 per stay. If you're interested, please contact us to arrange payment. For your safety, ride at your own risk and exercise caution, especially when crossing streets. We kindly ask that you rinse the bikes after use to keep them in great condition for everyone. Quiet, Dead-end Street located steps from the river and the Beach.
Guest Access
You will have full access to Unit A, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. The upstairs balcony features a divided handrail, creating a private space for your enjoyment, complete with a cozy 2-seat bistro table. Outside your entrance, there’s a small seating area for you to relax. Please note that this space is shared, as it is near the common entrance. The side yard serves as a shared walkway, but you’re welcome to store your surfboards and beach equipment along the fence or building for convenience. A designated parking space is provided in the mulch area for your vehicle. For ease of access, a door code will be provided, allowing for seamless self-check-in and entry.
