Other details to note: Sharp knives are stored in the cabinet above the lazy Susan. Outdoor lights turn on automatically at dusk and shut off around 10 PM for quiet hours—helpful for late check-ins. Peacocks may be present in the area. Outside security cameras monitor only the parking area for safety. No smoking and no parties, please.

This is a family friendly quiet beachy neighborhood. Great sunrises! Walk to Beach access. A developing Port Town. With sizable growth in one of Florida's largest ports of call, location to Disney, SpaceX, Restaurant's, Shopping, Activities and neighboring the home of the greatest surf champion in history our local has no shortage of personality.
Guest Access
Guest access is simple — you’ll receive your key code in the check-in instructions sent here in the thread (usually the last 4 digits of your phone number). You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all outdoor spaces, except for one locked owner’s closet that holds property items. Driveway parking is available for up to 3 compact cars, and please note there is no street parking.
