This property combines Rocket Landing and Launchpad. With interior doors that open up and the backyard fence removed, you'll discover the ultimate convergence: Orbit Oasis! Heated Pool and Spa Expectations: 1. Pool and Spa Temperatures- Heated Pool: The pool is typically maintained at a comfortable temperature between 80°F and 85°F. Please note that the pool requires up to 6 hours to reach the set temperature once heating is activated. Heated Spa: The spa (hot tub) is set to a therapeutic temperature, usually around 100°F to 102°F, and typically heats up within 1 hour of activation. 2. Heating Schedule and Operation Pool Heating: The pool heating schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool and spa do not heat simultaneously, so heating one will temporarily pause heating for the other. If you would like to enable 24-hour heating for the duration of your stay, we can reset the heating schedule to accommodate this for an additional charge of $200. Please contact us via the platform to request this adjustment, and we will update the system accordingly. 3. Maintenance and Safety Notes No Covers: For child safety purposes, the pool and spa do not have covers. Please note this may reduce heating efficiency. Maintenance: Pool maintenance is typically performed on Mondays. During this time, heating may be temporarily interrupted. If you notice any unusual fluctuations in temperature, please let us know so we can assist. 4. Heating Instructions and Access Instructions: Detailed operating instructions for the pool and spa heating systems can be found in the kitchen drawer inside the provided binder. Access Controls: The controls for heating are located just outside the rear sliding doors mounted on the wall. 5. Safety Guidelines Spa Usage: Limit spa usage to 15–20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating or dehydration. Children: Children should always be supervised and avoid prolonged exposure to heated spa water. Health Conditions: Individuals with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure or pregnancy, should consult a doctor before using the spa. 6. Additional Notes Seasonal Heating: During colder months, heating may take additional time to warm the water. My family of 16 (kids and grandkids) stayed here for seven nights. The house is highly functional, well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable, We used one of the kitchens for breakfasts and beverages and the other for lunches and dinners. We all enjoyed the pools, played volleyball and mini golf many times. The hot tub was wonderful and heats up relatively quickly. We used the fat tire carts to take chairs and sand toys to the beach and spent many hours there building sand castles, playing in the ocean and using the surf boards. We enjoyed lunch on the Cocoa Beach pier which is about 100 yards away. We rented bikes and rode them on the beach. We worked out at Planet Fitness on Merritt Island, which is about 15 minutes away. Some of us went to the Kennedy Space Center and we all watched the Appollo 13 movie. We've spent Thanksgiving in Florida several times, but this was our best experience yet, in large part due to the house. The hosts Terese and Bruce were great!

Visited for a family and friends trip for my mom’s 70th birthday with a group from babies and teens to 70+. We also had people staying in hotels nearby which was really convenient for those coming into town later, leaving earlier, or just wanting more privacy. There were lots of places nearby to order on uber eats and a Publix and gas station a few blocks away. We got our golf cart from A1A as recommended by the host and they were awesome. Everything was great and the house had everything we needed. The hosts were super sweet and responsive. The house is less than a block from the beach and walking distance to cocoa beach pier. Plenty of parking and there’s also a paid lot right next door. We even saw a rocket launch from right outside the house! People are already asking me to plan the next trip to the stunning house. Book and don’t look back.
