The large open space backyard is the perfect retreat featuring a private 4-person hot tub, 60" flat screen TV, a "Dream sleep" king bed, queen sleeper sofa, desk space, a full kitchen, stylish walk-in shower. For those that can't disconnect there's fast 300mb download speeds for your streaming devises.

The property is tucked away in a privately secluded area off of a quiet street in S. Cocoa Beach. The fenced backyard has evening lights which gently light your stay until 10pm. The inside has been freshly remodeled with interesting color, textures and design. The king size bed is a luxury Dream sleep very cozy and spacious assuring a full night sleep. Catch up on some on emails on the second floor at our private workspace or enjoy some quite reflection in our cuddle puddle. This space is a one of a kind, private get away for those looking for a quiet place to retreat and clear your mind.
