Welcome to Rocket Landing, a beautiful 2-story townhouse that can transform into an even larger space! By opening the double solid core security doors between the units and removing the backyard fence, it becomes one expansive property called Orbit Oasis. Rocket Landing itself is a stunning 5-bedroom retreat featuring 4 luxurious ensuite rooms. Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious king ensuite, while upstairs offers a queen ensuite, a twin ensuite, and two additional queen bedrooms that share a bath. Each room is equipped with high-speed streaming TVs with Ethernet connections for seamless entertainment. The fully stocked luxury kitchen is perfect for all your culinary creations! Step outside to your own private oasis, complete with a heated pool, spa, mini golf course, corn hole, beach chairs, and plenty of patio seating. And you’re just a few steps away from the Discovery Beach Resort’s tiki bar and beach access! Comfortably sleeps 10—ideal for your next getaway!

Parking for this unit is on the right (west) side of the property. Heated Pool and Spa Expectations: 1. Pool and Spa Temperatures- Heated Pool: The pool is typically maintained at a comfortable temperature between 80°F and 85°F. Please note that the pool requires up to 6 hours to reach the set temperature once heating is activated. Heated Spa: The spa (hot tub) is set to a therapeutic temperature, usually around 100°F to 102°F, and typically heats up within 1 hour of activation. 2. Heating Schedule and Operation Pool Heating: The pool heating schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool and spa do not heat simultaneously, so heating one will temporarily pause heating for the other. If you would like to enable 24-hour heating for the duration of your stay, we can reset the heating schedule to accommodate this for an additional charge of $200. Please contact us via the platform to request this adjustment, and we will update the system accordingly. 3. Maintenance and Safety Notes No Covers: For child safety purposes, the pool and spa do not have covers. Please note this may reduce heating efficiency. Maintenance: Pool maintenance is typically performed on Mondays. During this time, heating may be temporarily interrupted. If you notice any unusual fluctuations in temperature, please let us know so we can assist. 4. Heating Instructions and Access Instructions: Detailed operating instructions for the pool and spa heating systems can be found in the kitchen drawer inside the provided binder. Access Controls: The controls for heating are located just outside the rear sliding doors mounted on the wall. 5. Safety Guidelines Spa Usage: Limit spa usage to 15–20 minutes at a time to avoid overheating or dehydration. Children: Children should always be supervised and avoid prolonged exposure to heated spa water. Health Conditions: Individuals with certain health conditions, such as high blood pressure or pregnancy, should consult a doctor before using the spa. 6. Additional Notes Seasonal Heating: During colder months, heating may take additional time to warm the water.
