Owners' Closets: Certain closets are reserved for cleaning staff and are not accessible to guests. Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is decorative only and not available for use. Pool/Spa Cleanings and Lawn Maintenance Weekly Maintenance: Typically scheduled for Mondays. Spa (Hot Tub) Operation: The spa is controlled by an egg timer located outside, mounted on the wall near the pool. To activate spa heating, press the Spa button (Position 1). The spa will heat to 100°F, run for one hour, and automatically switch back to pool mode after four hours. Position 2 controls the pool lights (on/off). Position 3 returns the pump to pool mode. (There is a 15 min delay before heater begins heating). Water Level Maintenance: A hose with a timer is located near the pool. If the water level drops below the skimmer, place the hose in the pool for a couple of hours to refill. Checking the Heating System: To confirm the heater is running, check the unit on the west side of the yard—it should be blowing cold air out of the top when in operation. Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am, While the property is centrally located, please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, to respect neighboring homes. Late-Night Communication: We’re always available to assist, but response times may be slower after 8 PM, as there’s no staffed front desk.
