The house was a great place to stay with family - love that they have pool toys and floaties and lots of games. Great place to stay with kids. The kids LOVED seeing the peacocks in the morning, too! They were in the front yard to greet us. Walkable to the beach and easy to drive down the main stretch. Would definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was a welcome amenity for me. I sold them for years and this one did not disappoint. The location was close to downtown, and they shared an announcement of a street fair that was scheduled while we were there and that was very nice. I would love to come back for a "launch" if it's possible to know ahead to schedule another nice 3-day vacay.

My family of 16 (kids and grandkids) stayed here for seven nights. The house is highly functional, well equipped, nicely decorated and very comfortable, We used one of the kitchens for breakfasts and beverages and the other for lunches and dinners. We all enjoyed the pools, played volleyball and mini golf many times. The hot tub was wonderful and heats up relatively quickly. We used the fat tire carts to take chairs and sand toys to the beach and spent many hours there building sand castles, playing in the ocean and using the surf boards. We enjoyed lunch on the Cocoa Beach pier which is about 100 yards away. We rented bikes and rode them on the beach. We worked out at Planet Fitness on Merritt Island, which is about 15 minutes away. Some of us went to the Kennedy Space Center and we all watched the Appollo 13 movie. We've spent Thanksgiving in Florida several times, but this was our best experience yet, in large part due to the house. The hosts Terese and Bruce were great!

Absolutely loved the place! Felt right at home and comfortable, its exactly what was described and so much more. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Its was amazing.

This is a frequent location that I have stayed at. It is always a clean, great location and with a hot tub! The owners are so friendly and wet. You definitely won’t be disappointed with your stay!

geweldige vakantiewoning op een fijne rustige locatie. Eigenaren hebben er alles aan gedaan om je thuis te laten voelen. Als we Cape canaveral weer bezoeken zullen we beslist hier terugkomen.

This was perfect for me and my friend. Great location, and the bnb itself was spotless and very well put together. I was impressed with the attention to detail, little notes on the switches, and walls to make things easy to find and use. The beach chairs and bags in the place came in handy since I was traveling from out of town. The host also gave some advice for things to do and was very responsive when I needed help and questions about parking. 10:10 recommend!!

Very responsive hosts and place was great. Pool/hot tub were a godsend during the cold 🥶 few days that we had. Very tidy, lots of amenities and comfortable beds. Nice quiet neighbourhood and loved the Fish Camp Grill!

Me and my now husband spent our honeymoon here, and it was amazing! Very romantic and cozy- just perfect for what we were looking for! Terese was very quick to respond- overall, the perfect stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Terese’s home! The pool and landscaping were gorgeous and the home itself is incredibly well laid out for families. We highly recommend!
