Beach for the Stars

My kids loved this place. Their favorite was the stairs. lol. Close to the beach, clean, fun games to play at the house, loved the decoration, beach chairs and sand toys to borrow, the shower outside with shampoo was very convenient. I recommend this place.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Property was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of space. Pool was very refreshing. House was stocked with everything you could think of or might have forgot from toiletries to beach supplies to games and activities. Perfect for those that want to travel light. Peacocks were a beautiful addition. We were able to watch a space shuttle launch from the front porch.

Therese’s place was perfect in every way for our annual family vacation. Clean, spacious with plenty of room for our 8 people. Quick ride or walk to the beach. Great environment for our morning runs. Bikes and beach chairs abound. The space was perfect for a large group with a fantastic backyard and pool. Definitely would stay here again. 5 star rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this Air B&B. This is old Florida charm combined with updated accommodations and secluded outdoor spaces. To be sure, it is a great location. It is very close to the beach and to the inland water pier which made for great morning walks. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. Our twelve and fourteen year old kids enjoyed having their own on suite bathrooms. We spent most days at the beach, afternoons in the pool (we brought a blow up volleyball net) and evenings in the hot tube or playing table tennis. This is one of those places where all the small details have been taken care of: beach towels in a basket next to the door, dispensers for soap, shampoo in the showers, abundance of utensils and cookware, coffee bar, beach chairs/cooler, laundry detergent in a jar, etc. All of these things add up to a great experience. I would especially recommend this Air B&B to families that want to immerse themselves in a relaxed local environment.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house was incredibly spacious, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and just a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and more perfect for a relaxing getaway!

This place was beautiful! Lots of instructions and notes around the house. The bikes were so much fun to ride around town! The Fat Snook just a street over is AMAZING! You MUST eat here if you stay in Cocoa Beach! The house was clean, and the perfect little get away for this New Orleans couple!

We had 5 adults, 3 kids and an infant and had a great stay! The house looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room for us all. We spent a lot of time in the backyard, it was perfect and so peaceful at night. The beach is steps away. Would definitely go back!

I fell in love with this place! It’s exactly how they described it. The decoration and furniture gave me this “zen” vibe. I went with my husband but I instantly thought this place would be great for a relaxing girls trip. I sent videos to my 25yo daughter and recommended it to her and her friends. Even though it isn’t exactly a beachfront property, I still enjoyed it. The beach is literally across the street. No more than a 5 min walk… but the patio area for this property was so worth the stay. We spent more time in the hot tub than we did at the beach. It was a truly relaxing stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

5-stars all around for this ADORABLE place!! We decided last minute on a staycation for a birthday. Grateful this unit was available!! It was PERFECT!! Communication started as soon as we booked. Within a few hours, we were welcomed with HAPPY BIRTHDAY decor!! Wow!! Those details are what makes a property a 5-star because you know the REST of the place will be well maintained!! The patio is beautiful! We appreciated that the lights were on a timer, it was so inviting after a day at the beach or an evening out. The outdoor shower and hot tub were AMAZING!! Inside, a beautifully decorated living area; and the coolest private loft-style master suite upstairs!! We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. We brought our bikes, we rode down to the beach and some local restaurants during our stay. Salty Bagel was DELICIOUS!! The beach is across the street; super easy to get to. It felt private. We will be back and hope to get unit A for our adult children. Awesome place & hosts

We had a fantastic stay at Beachy Places! Our family’s time here was incredibly enjoyable, relaxing, and full of fun. The host was wonderful to communicate with—so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The house had everything we could have needed and more. The short walk to the beach was easy and manageable, even with four kids in tow! After beach outings, the pool was a refreshing delight for everyone. We’d absolutely love to stay at Beachy Places again. Highly recommended!
